Refund Policy

All readings on RealHSK are free, so you can see what you get before you pay. RealHSK Premium is a subscription you can cancel at any time from your account page; after you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.

If something went wrong with a payment (you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not use Premium because of a fault on our side), write to hello@realhsk.com within 30 days of the charge. We look at every request individually. Where a refund is due, it is issued through Paddle, our reseller, to your original payment method.

This policy does not limit any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.
