Adjective + 的时候 + 会 + Verb
Use 的时候 to say 'when [something happens]', and 会 for what happens then.
很冷的时候会下雪。
每 + Measure word + Noun + 都 + Subject + Verb
Use 每...都... to say 'every/all' something.
每个季节我都喜欢。
