Goals and compressed conditions
为的是 explicitly states purpose. 没有…就没有… asserts dependence, while compact negatives and 再…也 express context-dependent conditions or persistence. Reconstruct the logical relation instead of counting negative words mechanically.

Explicit purpose with 为的是
为的是 introduces the intended goal after the action or effort has been described.
他每天早起，为的是多学一点。

没有…就没有… presents the second outcome as dependent on the first factor.

不…不… can encode a condition or mutual promise, as in 不见不散.

再…也…
Even at a higher degree
再…也… says a result holds despite a high or increasing degree of a condition.
再忙也要吃饭。
However busy you are, you still need to eat.
