Conversation: insistence and concession
These spoken constructions perform social actions: dismissing worries, keeping matters separate, insisting on compliance or accepting a drawback. Their tone is part of what must be learned. A grammatically correct sentence can still be too forceful for a new acquaintance.

V+一X是一X accepts whatever amount or instance is available, often pragmatically.

还X呢 can challenge a claim or expectation. In other contexts, 还…呢 may simply describe continuation.

说什么也得 or 怎么也得 expresses firm necessity regardless of objections.
